These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DripRoom: AI Outfit Try-On, this website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website.
DripRoom: AI Outfit Try-On provides AI-powered virtual try-on that combines user-supplied portrait and clothing images to generate preview images, plus wardrobe management and optional premium features.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
You are solely responsible for portraits, clothing images, and other content you upload. You represent that you have the right to use such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. AI results are visual approximations only — not guarantees of real-world fit, color, or appearance.
New users receive 1 free try-on credit per device. Additional try-ons require a paid subscription or consumable credit packs via the Apple App Store.
Subscription
DripRoom: AI Outfit Try-On offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full access to virtual try-on features and premium functionality. Subscription details, pricing, and duration are displayed at the time of purchase.
This purchase can only be used on iOS system.Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Your account will be charged for renewal, in accordance with your plan, within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings any time after purchase. To manage your subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal: Go to settings -> iTunes & AppStore. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID ( You might need to sign in or use Touch/Face ID ). Tap Subscription. Tap the subscription you want to manage. Use the options to manage your subscription. Credit packs grant additional try-ons when purchased. Purchases are final except where required by applicable law or Apple policies.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no maintenance or support obligation for the App.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, reverse engineer the App, circumvent credit or payment systems, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR ACCURATE AI RESULTS.
This App uses AI-powered image generation and virtual try-on technology. Generated previews are created automatically and results may vary depending on factors including photo quality, lighting conditions, pose, clothing style, body shape, image composition, and other inputs.
Generated images are provided for visualization and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of real-world fit, color accuracy, appearance, purchasing outcomes, styling decisions, or professional advice. Users should independently review results before making purchase, styling, commercial, or professional decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
